Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect and why.

Data collected

When you place an order: name, delivery address, email and, if you provide it, phone number. When you send a message through the form: your name, your email and the content of the message.

Use

This data is used only to process and deliver your order, to reply to you and to meet our legal obligations. It is never sold.

Payment

Payment is processed by our secure payment provider. Your banking details do not pass through our site and we have no access to them.

Preferences

The site saves your chosen language and pack in your browser so they’re remembered on your next visit. The site sets no advertising cookies.

Audience measurement

To know how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we count visits anonymously: page views, country, device type and referring site. A random identifier is stored in your browser to tell visits apart. We keep neither your IP address, nor your name, nor your email in these statistics, and they are not shared with any advertising network.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data via the contact form.
